Interview
Straightforward with a screening Skype call, followed by a writing test and a day for checking on excel proficiency and others in the like. This is followed any an interview with the manager and ends with a contract offer.
Phone call interviews with generic questions on what they are looking for and what they can offer for selected candidates. Generally nice people from HR so no issues presented. empty words to fill out this box.

Lots of great questions, research the company and know who they are always helps, enjoyed the interview and tour of the company, seem to have all their ducks in a row and would have liked to been hired but maybe in the future.
