1 Phone interview and 1 in-person interview The interviewer was experienced in their assignments. They seemed to have been there a few years. The questions were straight forward, no focus on vague testing. The sessions were about 1 hour each. It was calm and not under a lot of pressure. It seemed like a friend open discussion. My resume was used for most of the discussion. We talked about my experience and why I wanted to work for the company. I also showed my specialties and how they will help the team if I joined. It was mostly technical discussion.
