A phone call with the manager the role would be reporting to followed by a video panel call with that manager and a couple other team members. The conversation was generally good, however there were a number of questions that seemed to be looking for very precise implementation details about tasks I'd worked many years ago, which isn't a realistic expectation. Overall, the structure of the interview was a little better than average because it was respectful of your time and didn't include a coding task.
A couple weeks after the second round I sent a follow-up email and was told that I'd be updated when a decision had been made on whether to move forward. I never heard from them again.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CaterTrax (Rochester, NY) in Oct 2023
Interview
Remote interview with a manager who lived in another state. The company is fully-remote with everyone only in the office like 1 day per quarter. Second interview was also fully remote with the sales manager who lives in my same city. Never heard back from the company after the two interviews.

Question 1
What is your experience with managing multiple projects at the same time?
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CaterTrax (Rochester, NY) in Feb 2018
Interview
It was very informal and straight to the point. The participants made you feel very comfortable with jokes and there were really no technical questions. It was more to see if the personalities meshed and would be productive going forward.
