I applied through an opening on LinkedIn. It took around two weeks for them to get back to me. Initially, I got an email from them to set up a phone call to discuss the position and further steps. They asked about my basic experience and projects I have worked on. But as my skillset was not a match for the position I didn't get a call back. The interview was fairly simple.
