It was pretty easy it was all done over the phone. They wanted to know if I had any experience welding. They were supper fast with responding after the phone interview

Interview
It was a fairly standard interview. Look up STAR and formulate your interview questions using that to save time and stress. If you're interviewing for the Fabrication Specialist position and aren't paralyzed or doing lines off the table then you're guaranteed to get the job. Seriously.
