1 - phone interview to see that we are all aligned
1 - technical/design interview (ZOOM)- about 1 hour - nice person overall, Very easy questions, for Senior software, there was no need to be prepared.
1 - technical/design (ZOOM) interview 2 or 3 persons (zoom) about 1.5 hours - was very weird, i almost left at the beginning, but the main interviewer was very nice so I gave it a chance. But, at the beginning of the interview they presented with a presentation about the company, I think it took like 20 minutes, not sure maybe more, but I felt like I am wasting my time couldn't understand what the hell, the feeling was as if they so sure of themselves, that they are "allowed" to do that. In any case, I "passed" the interview because overall the technical questions were easy to solve.
1 - HR interview (ON site) - regular HR questions. nothing special to say here.
1 - Manager interview {On site} - just "what's your hobbies" kinda interview, Also talked about some of their infrastructure,
After a few days they said they decided to go with "someone else".
I asked for their feedback, The HR said that the manager want someone that has more experience to work inside a team..." well obviously, they didn't read my CV, nor ask any related questions... I wonder they don't figure out this concern at the biggening, and just wasting my time,
Overall experience was some what booring, i must say, and when I talked about technologies, it wasn't felt like it is really interest them. I can say for sure, I will not recommend, not just because something in their process felt a bit off, seems also that all of them where lack of enthusiasm, actually, there was only 1 person there who was more of enthusiast, he was the one that made me want to be there.
