Interview
Questions were directly related to the requirements of the position to give me a good idea of what to expect. The informed me of changing roles and structure and once interviewed I moved into the position within a few days. I continue to learn each day which I enjoy, however there are some very important things I wish I had the time to learn fully at the beginning in which I now am working to describe in a sort of training manual, improving in minor areas.
