Interview
The interview process started with a phone interview with the Managing Art Director. Then I had a day of three, in-person, one-on-one interviews: two with Senior Designers and the third with the Managing Art Director. Finally, I had a phone interview with the Monterrey-based Creative Director. I was informed of their decision about a week later.
