Zoom interview with the legal director and a senior attorney in the program office; legal director was very transparent throughout the process. No offer, but I was informed that the position had been put on hold pending organizational reassessment of priorities and encouraged to stay in touch.

I am giving CFBD a neutral due to the fact that I appreciate their work, but I was disappointed with my experience being considered for a senior role in the development department. After multiple interviews, ranging from 40 minutes to over an hour and a half, I was left without a conclusion. I sent the hiring manager two emails in the weeks after my 3rd interview, and was told that I was still under consideration for the role. I found out I would not be moving forward after I saw the position filled on their website. The lack of communication felt unprofessional, and I did not feel like my time as a candidate, and the many hours I took out of my life to prepare, was appreciated.
