Interview
COVID impacted interview over Zoom. Met with the CEO and head of HR. Very comfortable and relaxed interview. Devolved into a conversation about the Social Services industry and the daily opperation. Very few questions asked in the end because of the flow of the conversation.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Conversation about the work rather than questions. My kind of interview. Easy to land but just as easy to muck up
I applied in-person. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Central City Integrated Health (Detroit, MI) in Nov 2019
Interview
The interview was very unprepared. There was 4 people taking turn reading off from a paper, one of the guy who was in the interview was rude and obnoxious; which didn’t scare me. Everything I said, he answer back with a sarcasm while the manager kept laughing. It was very unprofessional interview. I got the offer through an email and don’t bother asking question they don’t have any answer for you.
