Interview
Recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. Recruiter very sweet and well manned. Set up the phone interview quickly. Asked simple questions about past employment, asked how you would fit in their company, why you wanted to work there, and what you could offer to the company. etc. Although I aced the phone interview and later completed their assessments which you have to do online by yourself and then do them again on webcam monitored by the recruiter, they did not call me for the face-to-face interview. However the recruiter let me know, the next steps in this position's hiring process goes as: phone interview, assessment online by yourself, assessment online on webcam, face-to-face interview, interview with hiring manager, and then finally I would have to turn in an example of my writing - then based on all these things they would decided to hire me. This hiring process is extremely tedious and overly drawn.
