Completed a phone interview then met face to face with owner to discuss experience and opportunity. Overall the process was pretty standard, just couldn’t come to terms on a compensation package

1 on 1 interview one time that was it we sat down at the conference room table at the office had about an hour discussion he then asked me about my background, education and skill set. Then he explained there company and what they are looking to do and the direction they were heading.
