Interview
One round of interview, very casual. Impress the boss, and you’ll be offered the job almost immediately. Also depends on the boss you’re interviewing with. So I recommend asking around who you’re interviewing with and what is his personality like to ace the interview.
Simple and straightforward
The questions are generic and not too difficult to answer.
As long as you explain and carry yourself well, you will be fine. It really depends on the hiring manager.

Interview
Panel interview with VP and a few senior managers. VP had specific type of employee in mind. He gave scenario-type questions to test if we could demonstrate the abilities and skills he was looking for. He was also very detailed picking small details that would have passed off as minute details and went through my resume with much detail.
