I applied online. They respond to me shortly asking for my transcript and a writing sample. The in person interview was very short and I did not feel like there was any opportunity to actually show myself to them.
Great interview. Met with several leaders within the firm. Thoughtful and honest. Walked through my resume, and I had the opportunity to ask them about their experiences and what it is like to work at the firm. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed.
