Had two interviews with both of the department's managers (one with each). Their expectations & experience that they asked of me as an applicant were too high for the role and the pay. It's outside of the scope of the role as many of the skills that are requested aren't even taken advantage of in that position. It seems like they're asking for overqualified people for a position that pays too little. They also failed to mention that daily tasks involve lifting pretty heavy stuff and they don't provide appropriate gear for this. I ended up accepting the offer because I was short on job offers.
