CV and cover letter. I interviewed. Very uncomfortable experience. The interviewer gave of a very in charge controlling vibe and clearly stated she watches staff"I am a watcher, I look at CCTV to watch the staff".
I think she would be suited to a job in the police or as a tragic warden
The interviewer put me at ease, responded to what I said on a personal level didn’t make me feel they were just ticking boxes and I heard back very quickly
