Channel Impact Partner Operations Manager interview questions

I applied for the Partner Operations Manager role and was very excited to see such a great opportunity. With almost 30 years of experience in channels and a focus on operations and partner programs for the last 10 years, Didn't actually get to an interview process, but was asked a question via email. A question if I had advanced Excel skills. It is like an insult. Being in sales operations for many years, using Excel on a daily basis is a given. It seems that the president is a bit immature and recruiting herself, and obviously overwhelmed with this task.
