Interview
It was very strange. I was called by a DM and then asked to meet her for an interview on my lunch break in front of my current place of work. Unprofessional and felt like a conflict of interest. We went to a restaurant across the strip mall and she stuffed her face while asking me questions about where I am currently working. The questions were gossipy and unrelated to my experience. She acted like she wanted to hear "dirt" about the store I worked in.

Interview
Candidates apply to positions posted online. They are pre-screened and sent to stores respectively. Managers set up interview times and locations, calling each candidate they’re interested in. Interviews are quick. A hiring decision is made either by the manager interviewing or with the geo and input of a manager who gave a second interview. From there it is communicated with the candidate and he/she is brought in for on-boarding

Interviewed with district manager 1 time, knew the district manager from a previous job. she recruited me knowing that i was not getting along with my new district manager at that company.
