I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Charter School Capital in Sept 2022
Interview
3 interviews, first with a recruiter, second with the controller, third was a 2 hour interview with 4 people - 30 min each. Delayed response in giving me feedback about their 'no offer' and pretty wishy-washy reasoning. Overall, it wasn't a bad process, just drawn out with poor communication.

Question 1
How do you like to be managed? If your managers are resistant to change, how do you deal with that? (In the context of streamlining processes.)
I applied online. I interviewed at Charter School Capital (Philadelphia, PA) in Mar 2019
Interview
I had a video interview with the Senior Director of Business Development at Charter School Capital. He then set me up to conference with two other company employees, after which, he and I were supposed to connect once again. After spending the time on all three video meetings and follow-up email communications with the director regarding scheduling the fourth call, I eventually got radio silence. If I was not the person for the role, I would have absolutely understood and respected the decision. However, receiving no feedback whatsoever beyond a completely dropped like of communication made me feel disrespected. Incredibly unprofessional behavior from a company who develops business based on creating partnerships on the premise of trustworthiness. I would recommend future candidates be highly skeptical of Charter School Capital. I should have paid attention to the plethora of negative reviews.
