Chartwells Schools interview questions

Had a phone interview with a recruiter, who then referred me to the hiring manager, met online with the hiring manager and then was asked to have an in person interview two days later. The interview location was over 30 minutes away and given the last minute request, I had to rearrange my schedule. After a productive interview I was sent an autoreply email saying they weren't moving forward. It felt insulting after all the time I put in to not even have a human follow up.

They didn't give me a proper interview to me. But they asked to do a trial teaching for a week as a assistant teacher.but after that they did not replied to me about the process either I selected or not. No any details about my salaries or working period
