I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Chase (Yonkers, NY) in Sept 2016
Interview
Knowing someone makes all the difference. My initial interview went smoothly, with the Market Director asking several questions and immediately deciding I was equipped to excel in a sales role. For my second interview, when I requested a transfer, I was practically interrogated by a team that had solid proof of my performance and reputation at Chase. There was a disconnect, especially given that I was already a part of the firm. Was a second interview truly necessary, if not for the simple task of getting to know me?
The branch manager was super friendly and easy to talk to. The only downside was that the interview started almost 30 minutes late even though I was on time. I had scheduled it during my lunch break at work, so the delay made things feel a bit rushed.
It was good and very very interesting. Need more clarity on the process and expectations. Will not interview again. Good role not a good fit for me personally. Process was little confusing and communication
Had a phone interview. A couple days later was called and asked to interview in person at one of their locations by a branch director. Those were the only two interviews I had.
