I applied online, was contacted to schedule a phone interview, about a week later I was contacted again to schedule an interview with a branch manager. I was told that I was probably going to be contacted again to schedule an interview with a district manager depending on his schedule. Before a final decision was made.

Role play, sell me a checking account? Rest very common questions: Tell me about you self?, Strengths and weaknesses?, What is customer service to you? What are the skills that a sales person should have? What is your ultimate goal?
The branch manager was super friendly and easy to talk to. The only downside was that the interview started almost 30 minutes late even though I was on time. I had scheduled it during my lunch break at work, so the delay made things feel a bit rushed.
It was good and very very interesting. Need more clarity on the process and expectations. Will not interview again. Good role not a good fit for me personally. Process was little confusing and communication
Had a phone interview. A couple days later was called and asked to interview in person at one of their locations by a branch director. Those were the only two interviews I had.

They asked me to "role play" a situation where I forgot to give the customer back an important document.
