Walk me through your resume standard questions. What makes a good Product Manager. There were questions around Agile methodologies and guesstimate questions. They are looking at the way how you approach the question.

Interview
Applied online and completed phone screen with HR prior to attending in-person interview with hiring manager. HR provided a lot of tips to prep you for the interview. Unfortunately, I never heard back after the initial interview. I reached out to HR for an update, but they did not respond. Very poor form.
Very slow process. Curious if their system has any bias. I think it could be improved significantly. I had to email a few times and finally received a response. Things are just not like they used to be.
1st - video interview
2nd - assessment center, which takes half a day - group, presentation and competency-based questions. There were around 10 people per AC. Presentation is about designing a product.
