Interview
First there was a phone interview then it went on to a branch interview. You will first sit down with the assistant branch manager, if they like you, then you will sit with the manager after that some branches will make you sit with the district manger and they will either tell you on the spot you were hired or someone from hr will call.
A face-to-face over the computer. The first interview was great and I went on to the second interview. I did not get the position and of course they do not say why.

Question 1
Describe a time you had to adapt to a changing or complex environment at work. 1.) the situation, 2.) your actions, 3.) the outcome.
The interview process was easy. There were 2 interviews before I was hired and the onboarding process was a breeze. I did have to go do a drug test and a background check which was a little time consuming
It was ok and could have been better. Not sure if I got the job or not. Seems like they were in a rush to pick someone. I think there’s better jobs out there.
