You apply online. There's a aptitude test you have to pass. Then schedule a meeting to sit down with the branch manager and they ask you behavioral questions. If you pass then you go for training at a training location while you get experience at the branch shadowing fellow bank tellers.
Well it was very casual. Asked for basic information on past experience and education. Asked if I was comfortable handing money and interacting with customers. Very easy and similar to what you would expect from a retail position
Interview was quick. Interviewed with HR and then the branch the branch manager. Interview questions were STAR method questions and asked about past customer service experience. They take you around and introduce you to others at the branch
