i got the interview call through a recruitment agency and it was 2 and half hour phone interview for first round, then a face to face interview with senior manegment. Then a HR panel interview and then HR review for background formalities.

Got emails about interview scheduled for a face-to-face interview several days later.
Interviewed by 3 Chase developers/managers for around 30 mins.
Got offer several days later.

Interview process is all about Java basics. The reason behind this is because the team that recruiting people is using Java or technologies similar to Java.
The interview is very casual.
Java features you know about.
Java collections package. (Lists, Hashtables...)
How to design web page crawling. (Very broadly description)

Interview
Had a short phone interview with hiring manager. Basic PL/SQL and Java questions. Then the next week onsite interview. It lasted for 3 hours. Basic Java questions.
Didnt get any reply from them yet. Its been a month now. HR replied me stating that, she is waiting for some requisitions to get approved!!
