Extensive - lots of interviews and expect a math test (I didn't see the need but having been around for a while, it surprising how many MBAs and CPAs do poorly), but worth the time. Be honest, humble and don't overstate your knowledge or experience because it's easy to tell. Best et is to understate your experience but demonstrate skill/knowledge in interviews and express passion for learning and come prepared with as much knowledge about the company as possible
