ChemPoint Customer Service Representative interview questions

Interview process consisted of several phone screens and in person interview with a panel. The first phone screen was with a member of the human resources team and the second was with a sales manager. The panel interview was preceded by time spent in the office with staff observing their sales team on the phone. All sales roles are insided phone sales.
