The interview set up via email after I applied for the job through the company website. It was conducted by the hiring manager over the phone. It was very structured and consisted of several STAR behavioral questions.

What was a challenge you faced and what did you do to overcome it.
Star format. Standard hr questions. Moc process . Safety . Be upbeat. Most are liberal leaning so don't say anything political. Stronger case for hire if you are non white male.
