This was one of the most impactful experience in my HR Career. I had 2 phone interviews/calls with a VP which resulted in interviewing at HQ in Dania Beach , Florida. The coordinator was so accommodating and efficient throughout the scheduling process as well as day of. My travel was booked and all accommodations were perfect. The interview schedule went mostly as planned with a couple minor changes. Everyone is so passionate about their job. Chewy has created a culture of collaboration and internal value that I've not seen in many places. The interviewers had a variety of questions, no one asked the same question as a previous interviewer. My assignment also included a white board strategy which was actually fun and allowed me to assess my own knowledge. It was a great experience. I was offered a tour at the end which really help wrap my head around the BIG stuff Chewy is really doing. I interviewed 6 days ago and am awaiting feedback.
