Quick and easy. Job fair setting. Offices set up in many locations, went to the sparks location. Was there for less than an hour, walked in without previously submitting an application and was offered a job on the spot, started the next day.
Fast but hiring process is long. They state this can take 5-8 weeks so be prepared to wait if you want to work for them. Their facility is new and is a typical warehouse environment.
it was like in hiring, but i scheduled mine. watched a short video, then went and took drug test onsite. it was disorganized, considering there really was NO interview. it took a while for them to get back, as they have overhired people at their job fair.

Interview
Very quick, the interviewer looked at my resume and then asked what I liked about jobs and what I didn't. The interviewer was friendly and made sure I understood everything before moving on when she explained the benefits and made the job offer. I had to do an oral drug test and take an employee photo and then I was on my way.
