Roundtable interviews. Generally with at least four members of the upper leadership team including HR. 30 minute sessions one-on-one with each individual, interviewers follow the STAR format and leave a few minutes for interviewee questions.

I was interviewed for a site that wasn’t open They created a job application for a job that didn’t even exist. Later rejected me after a 45 min phone interview

Tell me about a time you helped a lower performing associate
There were 3 rounds. The first round was a phone call with the Recruiter which asked you general interview questions for fit, location preference, career interest, and role. Second round was another phone interview with the GM and the questions that were asked were more about background, fit, situational based questions and interest. Third and final round was with the Senior Operations Manager and HR Manger through video. One of the managers never attended the interview and never notified me about it so I initially thought I might have misunderstood the process. Overall, it wasn't too difficult.
