I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Chicago Trading Company (New York, NY) in Jun 2010
Interview
The interview was primarily on technical and quantitative questions.
Know your probability, SDE, and Option pricing methodologies.
It didn't goo to well for me as I didn't see it coming (i.e. expecting it to be as quantitative/techincal). I screwed up some of the questions as I had done those a while back and couldn't recall on all the tricks (and started panicking after I got the first one wrong).
My experience bad as I know now that I was unprepared. However, if you put some time into preperation, I think the interview is very doable.
