Applied online. Recieved a call from a manager 3 days later at 7:30 pm to schedule an interview. Manager was 45 minutes late with no apologies. Spoke to him briefly and also to a shift manager. The questions were repetitive. He seemed very concerned how i would get to work. Im not sure why as I live less than a mile from the location and my daughters school, which i take her to 6 days a week, is across the street. This was the Sawyer Heights location.

I came in early and was asked to wait while the manager was gotten. He sat us down at a table and the interview went fairly fast. The questions were simple, but it was obvious they didn't really have my resume, or at least didn't look at it.

Interview
Is a very casual process of the one on one interview with one of the main managers of the restaurant. Reviewed my personal strengths and personal weaknesses as well as going through my prior in past experiences.

Interview
Went to the store, asked for an application and took it home to fill it out. Took it back to the store the day after and got called for an interview the following week. Fairly easy, went by quick, just be yourself.
