Rigorous interview process but disappointing lack of communication from management throughout the process. There seemed to be a lack of communication between management as well, which is a problem when you’re interviewing with every manager as well as the owner-operator. I stepped out of the interview process halfway through.

Straightforward. They asked me about my expierence and how I work on a team and why I would want to work here. They were friendly and got back to me pretty quickly within two weeks.
