Child Focus interview questions

The process was very quick. I met one of the recruiters at a career fair and had a phone interview within two weeks and an in-person interview only a few days after. They also offered for the second interview to be in-person or virtual, but I chose in-person.

It was a series of zoom interviews due to COVID-19 but took incredibly long in between interviews. I had to reach out because I thought they forgot. But overall it was average. I feel like non-profits always have excessively long interviewing processes. I would be nervous for an interview with Child Focus.
