Call with a recruiter, then tech interview.
The tech interview was supposed to include 3 interviewers, but only one joined at first. We basically stared at each other for 5 minutes while she worked on getting the interviewers on the call, who ultimately never came.
She interviewed me herself, and the interview felt a bit cold. It lasted about 10-15 minutes max, and when she was done she said “that’s it for my questions and the others aren’t coming, so that’s it”. She never asked me if I had any questions.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Choice Bank in Feb 2024
Interview
I applied for the job and the very next day, I received an email from the recruiter. The interview was with the HR and hiring manager, and the interviewer was quite polite and easygoing. Although the questions were process-related and situational, I felt comfortable and happy. She created a cool environment, and I thought everything went well. I was expecting an offer, but they said they would come back in 2-3 days. After a follow-up, they said I was not selected. I requested feedback since I had spent 1 hour for the interview and 2-3 hours in preparation, but I am waiting with false hope. My experience with this company's interview was not good.
