      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ChoiceOne in Mar 2018

      Interview

I was contacted by the CEO initially which was a pleasant surprise. Two possitions have been brought to my attention aand as such I've been interviewed by other two consultants in the same day. So a total of three interviews in about two hours or so.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

I was asked very inappropriate questions such as how old I was, questions about my family, my nationality which are avtually illegal in Australia. Some ironical remarks on my intelligence, and even straightforward questions such are "are you intelligent?". Lots of xenophobic remarks such as "Australians are lazy", also illegal.
