Straightforward interview process, behavioral and experience based questions, the hiring manager was friendly and the atmosphere of the interview was comfortable, not tense. Overall a good interview process, applied online.

Asked really good questions that helped to determine wether or not I would make a good server. Very professional, asked about previous experience and advertised the restaurant culture very accurately. Very impressed by the process and would suggest others to interview with them. After interview was an orientation and training shifts.
