There were 3 rounds of interview: 1-Technical, 2- technical+ managerial 3 - General discussion with director. The complete interview process was smooth. Chronus is very choosy in selecting candidates. All the rounds were of 1hr each. I appreciate their process and criteria of interview as they are very much interactive and understandable. They thoroughly test the candidates on all the grounds. They test for logical abilities, level of understanding of different topics and many more things. So my overall experience with the team was awesome. So I suggest, if the candidate is good at what he/she does, then its pretty much easy to clear all the rounds.
