I filled out application, sat with interviewer and performed a one on one interview. Multiple questions were asked during this time that went over multiple customer service scenarios. Only an in person interview was completed with a call back for an offer.

Interview
Was interviewed by the Video Games manager at the location. Was given situations that could occur in the game room and how I would handle them. Did not get the job in the game room but was offered a position as a cook.
