Churchill Services Group interview questions

Drove 2hrs for a 20 min interview to be told job is crap and it's 24/7 for what was required money wasn't good package not appealing, maybe the interview process should be revised at least be a little positive be honest but a little positivity wouldn't harm - I felt very deflated coming out of there.
