We are sorry to hear that your experience was less than ideal, being that your interview was canceled minutes before your interview, as we are sure that you potentially scheduled this call around other external events. As for the canceling of the call, the Talent Acquisition Partner may have received an update that the status of the role changed, thus, they did not want to waste your time on a role that was either closed or filled. With regard to the lack of reasoning, we strive to be as transparent as we can with candidates, but given the speed at which we operate, along with a noral heavy req load for our Talent Acquisition Partners causes this to happen on occasion. We will use this feedback to ensure that going forward we are updating candidates as best as we can in a manner that satisfies both the candidate and consideration process.
