First had an introductory phone call with the Hiring Manager, then video call with Hiring Manager, and finally an in-person interview with the founding partner, Daniel Cislo. Interviews were fairly straightforward and friendly, the last being very conversational. I wasn’t offered the position but it seems like a good place to work and gain experience. They were big on highlighting their desire to hire young recent grads who go on to have successful careers and go to good law schools.
