I was shortlisted via internal referral program of CITCO and HR Divya Verma give me a call. She explain the me the role and every relevant information, first there was an aptitude test and then there was video assessment test for practicing the interview. After these two assessments the interview was scheduled and it went well, my interview was taken by your senior fund accountant who has experience of almost 8 to 10 years. Interview ask me some basic interview questions and some technical questions related to accounting and the core fund accounting role. The questions were basic to slightly heart but not very hard or very technical, interviewer basically checks our accounting skills and whether we understand it really well or not and some basic questions about the fund accounting. Whole process took few weeks, there are some gap in between and I wish the whole hiding process would have completed little sooner. But overall my experience was great and HR Divya Verma and my interview Mr Anand Ethirajan well quite supportive. My experience was great and smooth mostly, looking forward to join CITCO in next few weeks.

The interview was a Whats App phone call for 15mins. Technology is so poor they do the interviews over whats app - computers don't have video calls, no teams or anything. Very few questions - barely felt like an interview.
