CitiusTech Nodejs Developer interview questions

First round was technical round in which interviewer is very humble. He asked me es6 questions also some nodejs questions. I have cleared it. But second round is Manager round. He asked me some aptitude questions. For example what is the angle between the clock hands at 10:15. Also he asked me agile methodologies. He just rejected me because i don't know agile. I think getting technical knowledge is ok, these are theory questions.
