Interview
I heard back from them about 2 weeks after I applied and had a 30 minute call with two team members.
The JD said the role reported to the COO, but after asking them a few questions, I found out the COO had left the company. This felt like a red flag and it was odd that the JD hadn't been updated to reflect this. I'm sure this was a touchy situation on their end, but the lack of upfront transparency was a bummer. I'm not sure they would have revealed this had I not asked.
Unremarkable interview. I was declined about a week later, which was fine by me.
