I applied to this role and was encouraged throughout the interview process, this included HR screening, meeting individuals on the team, and two seperate 30-minute meetings with management. I was ultimately ghosted shortly after the final interview. I later noticed the same role was reposted, which was concerning given the time I had invested.
Went through multiple interview rounds, including senior leadership, and was led to believe I was a top candidate. After the final interview, I was completely ghosted with no communication or closure.
Candidates deserve transparency and respect.

I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Citrin Cooperman (Philadelphia, PA) in Feb 2021
Interview
3 rounds. Two group interviews and one case study. Case study will be in between interviews. Group interviews are with two managers/directors/partners and 1 senior analyst (peer). Wasn’t bad. Time to hear back was long, though.
