None- team was very toxic. Made work and at home life so difficult. Constant pressure and negative energy in this office. Be aware.

Cons

Workload was absolutely insane for 1 person. Handling 7 accounts and their families. Or 1 person handling a huge account with complete nonsense going on all day. Everyone truly was not good at time management everything was either urgent or everyone just seem stressed out all the time Nobody wanted to help staff grow
