The Interview was casual and short and offer was made in a days time. The company seems very unfriendly and has least employee friendly policies. On negotiating on small issues like joining date, medical, relocation..in the middle of discussion, they decide to withdraw the offer. The most unprofessional and unrealistic approach and organization. i am glad I did not join them or came with packed bags to hear we have withdrawn the offer.
